Responsibilities
Work independently on case orders and, at times, with other groups to request additional order information necessary to complete order submissions
Check source documents for accuracy
Verify data and correct data where necessary
Obtain further information for incomplete documents
Combine and rearrange data from source documents where required
Enter data from source documents into the computer systems and forms
Check completed work for accuracy
Comply with data integrity and security policies

Required
2 or more years of experience including Microsoft suite
Attention to detail, multi-tasking, and problem solving
Requires a GSA background check working with Federal accounts
Preferred
Telecom knowledge or background is preferred including managed services, Voice, Ethernet, DWDM, SRE, DIA, SD-WAN
