Responsibilities
Onboard new vendors
Review and process invoices/AP
Answer inquiries from vendors/brokers regarding their payments
Facilitate Enterprise Risk Management System (ERMS) and Claims Management
Respond to employee inquiries and resolve issues regarding user access, email notifications, reports, and claim generation
Review and process data updates for carriers
Track claim expenses, payments and deductible exhaustion
Review and investigate details, compile documentation, determine liability/valuation, discuss strategy with outside counsel, business and TPA
Communicate with insurer re claim management
Update accounting/finance team re major claims
Work with location stakeholders to assess the extent of damage/losses and cost estimates
Certificates of Insurance
Manage incoming COI requests
Indemnity Agreement/Hold Harmless document review. Review and edit indemnity/insurance terms to mitigate risk exposure to acceptable Iron Mountain standards. Communicate with business leaders on the risk exposure and their approval for sign-off
Work with brokers as needed on COI requests
Review insurance requirements, issue modifications of non-standard COIs per Iron Mountain’s insurance standards
Review Digital Mailbox for incoming scanned mail - forward to respective shared mailboxes for proper handling.
Monopolistic State reporting
Annual Payroll Audit submission
Gather the payroll report and supporting tax documentation for submission to the auditor.

Required
A BA/BS degree, preferably in Risk Management, Business, Finance, or Accounting
Highly organized with excellent project management skills and Budget management
A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in Risk Management, commercial insurance, or brokerage company
Demonstrated knowledge of Property and Casualty insurance coverage with claims management experience.
Strong oral and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal skills to interface with all levels of personnel and external clients.
