Responsibilities
Design and develop web applications and CMS solutions using .NET technologies and Sitecore.
Implement robust and maintainable application architectures.
Write clean, scalable, and efficient code in C# and ASP.NET.
Build and customize Sitecore-based applications, templates, components, and workflows.
Manage and integrate content management features with back-end services.
Optimize Sitecore applications for performance, scalability, and user experience.
Use Entity Framework to manage data access and integrate with relational databases.
Design and implement database schemas to meet application requirements.
Optimize database queries and Entity Framework configurations for performance.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, product owners, and back-end developers.
Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Develop unit tests, integration tests, and automated test scripts to ensure code quality.
Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing applications and provide timely resolutions.
Stay updated with the latest Sitecore, .NET, and Entity Framework advancements.
Identify and implement improvements in development processes and application performance.
Collaborate on architectural decisions to ensure scalability and maintainability.

Required
Strong knowledge of .NET Framework, .NET Core, and C#.
Hands-on experience with Sitecore CMS (preferably Sitecore 9 or higher).
Expertise in Entity Framework for database access and integration.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) is a plus.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS and deploying Sitecore in cloud environments.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and microservices architecture.
Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems like Git.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Sitecore Developer Certification is highly desirable.
Experience with SQL Server and database design principles.
Familiarity with SOLID principles and design patterns.
Knowledge of Sitecore Experience Platform (XP) features like personalization and analytics is a plus.
