Responsibilities

Creating implementation and testing documentation
Collaborating with members of functional and infrastructure teams to identify and refine requirements and any data related optimization opportunities
Administration of the OpenText Archive Server and associated modules to include installation of new software releases, system upgrades, evaluate and install patches and resolve software related problems
Monitoring systems to ensure OpenText solution is operating as expected. Making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal performance
