Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain custom SharePoint solutions, including workflows, web parts, and applications, to meet client requirements.
Configure and administer SharePoint Online environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, and compliance with federal standards.
Develop SharePoint Framework (SPFx) components to enhance functionality and user experience.
Integrate third-party tools and systems with SharePoint to streamline business processes and improve collaboration.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and deliverables.
Implement governance policies and best practices for SharePoint usage, content management, and data security.
Conduct training sessions and create documentation to empower end-users and administrators with SharePoint best practices.
Perform system upgrades, patches, and migrations to maintain a modern and secure SharePoint environment.
Monitor system performance and usage, generating reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a SharePoint Developer, with a strong portfolio of SharePoint projects and solutions.
Proficiency in SharePoint development tools, including SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio, and PowerShell scripting.
Experience with SharePoint Online and Office 365 services.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and resolve complex issues.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred
Microsoft certifications related to SharePoint development (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Developer Associate)
