Responsibilities
Proactively monitor energy & charging assets for faults, errors, and/or irregularities.
Remotely diagnose and troubleshoot issues.
Coordinate vendor support to resolve issues within contractual SLAs.
Provide phone support to customers, vendors, and field service personnel.
Collaborate with third party vendors and customer organizations to coordinate issues response and resolution.
Assist in organizational process refinement.
Leverage ticketing system and CMMS to troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve issues impacting energy & facilities related systems/equipment.
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Required
Undergraduate degree or equivalent years of experience
4+ years of experience, 2+ of which in an EVSE network operations (NOC) environment
Experience using ticket and work order management tools (e.g. Zendesk, Salesforce, Service Now, etc.)
Understanding of EV charging technology and system architecture
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work cross-functionally to resolve complex problems
Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs
