Responsibilities

Drive demand creation by maximizing Arrow content on designs, understanding customer needs, and leveraging engineering and design services resources.
Accelerate customer's time to market by providing technical support as well as leveraging both internal and supplier support escalation paths.
Partner with customers to gain a thorough understanding of their design requirements at both system and component levels.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to customers.
Manage top opportunities and opportunity funnel for assigned suppliers.
Attend supplier trainings to stay up to date on technologies and market needs.
Train the local sales team in new products and assist in marketing efforts.
Build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers, managing expectations and keeping stakeholders informed on progress.
Actively participate in strategic branch meetings and quarterly business reviews, developing and driving strategic technical plans.
Help plan and organize engineering customer events and seminars.

Required

Requires in-depth knowledge and experience in embedded design.
Must be able to quickly build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
Possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
Meets with customers both on-site and virtually.
Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions.
Works independently; receives minimal guidance.
Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
Contributes to process improvements.
Typically resolves problems using existing solutions.
Provides technical guidance and assistance to Arrow field sales staff.
Typically requires 4-7 years of electronic design experience with a bachelor's degree in engineering; or 3 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent work experience.
Mixed-signal and embedded design experience.

Preferred

Experience in C-programming and/or Embedded Linux and /or Real-Time Operating System experience is a plus.
Interest/experience in AI.
