Responsibilities
Respond to incoming inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing helpful responses to customer questions and concerns
Assist customers with technical or product-related issues by guiding them through troubleshooting steps
Process customer orders, track shipments, and facilitate returns or exchanges, addressing billing or payment issues
Maintain records of customer interactions to track trends and improve service quality
Escalate unresolved issues to management or specialized departments for further investigation

Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
0-1 year of prior relevant work experience in a call center environment
Working knowledge of problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to provide guidance to new employees on processes and procedures
Preferred
Bilingual skills are preferred
Knowledge of the Department of Child Safety
Certified Patient Care Representative (CPCR) certification preferred
