Required
Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
1-3 years of related experience in data analysis or a similar field
Proficiency in MS SQL queries and database development
Strong skills in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUPs and pivots)
Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and time management skills
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
2-4 years of related experience in data analysis or healthcare analytics
