Responsibilities
Analyze complex business problems using data from internal and external sources to provide insights
Collaborate with clients to modify existing analyses or reports to meet specific needs
Create Business Requirements Documents, Test Plans, and other related documentation
Participate in all stages of project development, ensuring released products meet functional requirements
Communicate with operational leaders to recommend process improvements and cost savings

Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
5-7 years of business or systems analysis experience
Experience in US Healthcare government programs such as Medicare or Medicaid
6+ years of managed care experience
Proficiency in writing and analyzing database queries, including SQL
Preferred
3-5 years of formal training or experience in Project Management
Experience working with complex, highly technical teams
Familiarity with Core Payor systems such as QNXT, Facets, or Metavance
Strong understanding of the US Healthcare domain and operational processes
Certification as a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) preferred
