Responsibilities
Collaborate on Managing Accounts: Help build a robust account management practice shared between Project Managers and Sales Management, to create a unified client services strategy.
Client Relationship Development: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring consistent value delivery and satisfaction.
Sales Alignment: Collaborate with the Sales team to align Account Management efforts with business development goals (e.g., Farmers vs. Hunters strategy).
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor Project Managers to evolve their skills into more of a Product Ownership and Solutions Specialist role, partnering closely together with the client.
Skill Development: Train and empower team members in client-focused communication, strategic thinking, and relationship-building.
Performance Management: Define KPIs for team performance, monitor progress, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Project Management: Personally oversee 3-4 key client projects, ensuring high-quality service delivery and satisfaction.
Proactive Solutions: Anticipate client needs and propose tailored solutions to address them.
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve escalated client concerns efficiently and effectively.
Workflow Optimization: Streamline processes between Account Management, Project Management, and departments like Development, Creative, and Technical Architecture.
Prioritization of Resources: Oversee the prioritization of client projects and allocate resources (Dev, Creative, TA, etc.) to align with business and client priorities.
Metrics and Reporting: Establish metrics for client satisfaction, team performance, and resource utilization, and ensure transparency through regular reporting.

Required
5+ years in project management in a comparable company, particularly with an ecommerce focus (including experience with platforms such as (not limited to) Magento 2/Adobe Commerce, BigCommerce, Shopify, Shopware)
Ambitions to grow beyond project management to a more managerial role as Delivery Manager.
Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client relationships
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, particularly in cross-functional environments
8+ years working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, designers, marketers, and business stakeholders, to achieve project objectives
Agency tools such as Jira, Confluence, Forecast, Tempo, Google Workspace, Slack, etc
Familiar with data analysis and agile methodologies
Preferred
CSM or PMP certification a plus
