Responsibilities

Conduct deep discovery to understand our customers business needs, priorities and systems

Serve as the API subject matter expert on client projects

This includes providing technical guidance, best practices, and troubleshooting

Work cross-functionally with CX, product, and marketing to drive product adoption and enablement

Design and document new use cases for our platform.

Train our internal and external teams through webinars

Contribute to our knowledge base and serve as a subject matter expert on custom integrations

Actively contribute to the development of new Platform and data integration features

Coordinate with product and engineering teams to support new use cases.

Assist with user testing and beta programs for new features.
