Responsibilities

Connect with customers via phone/email/chat/and or social media to address their questions and/or concerns.
Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues.
Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate.
Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments.
Track all call related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
Provide feedback on call issues.
Upsell if required.

Required

Must hold an active home state Adjuster Insurance License
Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
Over 18 years of age
Ability to type 25 wpm
High School Graduate or GED
Comfort with desktop computer system
Proven oral & written communication skills
Logical problem-solving skills
Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
Organization and work prioritization skills
Internet Requirements: Minimum subscribed download rate equal or exceeds 15.0 Mbps
Internet Requirements: Minimum subscribed upload rate equal or exceeds 5.0 Mbps
Internet Requirements: ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
Internet Requirements: Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P or VPN
Proof of internet speed required
Clean and quiet workspace

Preferred

6 months Customer service experience preferred
