Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, including FDCPA, state, and city regulations, as outlined in InteLogix policies
Complete FDCPA and state collection laws training as well as InteLogix Accounts Receivable training program successfully
Negotiate payment arrangements with customers to settle balances or establish suitable payment plans
Accurately document all collection activities in client systems
Address any identified deficiencies or oversights noted during telephone monitoring, file activities, or QA reviews as directed by management
Maintain positive public relations and handle emotional callers in a high-stress environment
Foster good working relationships with peers and leaders
Perform additional duties/tasks as assigned

Required
Must be 18 years of age or older
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift with minimal to no distractions
Possess computer/technology savvy with the ability to smoothly operate multiple windows and tabs, while simultaneously providing Best-In-Class Customer Experience speaking to customers over the phone
Excellent communication skills required, both oral and written
Superb attendance, so you can be there when our customers need us
Preferred
Minimum of 6 months collections experience
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
