Responsibilities
Identify market potential and develop strategic account plans.
Actively acquire new customers and find new route to markets
Analyze market trends, maintain a strong business network, and keen identify opportunities for growth.
Participate in trade shows and client visits across the US.
Collaborate with headquarters to align on sales strategies and targets.
Contribute to the development of sales plans, forecasts, and budgets.

Required
2–5 years of relevant experience in business development or sales, preferably in consumer goods or retail.
Proven ability to identify new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
A proactive attitude, strong self-motivation and a genuine enthusiasm for driving growth and achieving results.
Flexibility to travel domestically for client meetings, trade shows and industry events, as well as occasional international travel to headquarters in the Netherlands.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
An existing network in the retail or consumer goods industry is desirable.
