Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for permissions and configuration-related inquiries and issues that arise post-implementation.
Troubleshoot and resolve access, permissions, and configuration challenges to maintain operational continuity.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand and implement requested adjustments, ensuring alignment with established guidelines and policies.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Demonstrated skill in setting up, configuring, and managing permissions to meet user needs while safeguarding system integrity and aligning with security policies.
Proven ability to conduct regular reviews and update permissions to accommodate changes in system requirements, user roles, or organizational policies.
Preferred
Experience in veterinary or healthcare systems implementation or hospital operations
