Responsibilities
Develop and execute paid social strategies that align with overall marketing goals.
Lead on creative strategy, ensuring that visuals and messaging resonate with target audiences.
Identify target audiences and analyse behaviours to tailor ad campaigns effectively.
Purchase advertising space on social platforms like Meta and other emerging media channels.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop ad creatives that drive engagement and conversions.
Monitor and optimize campaign performance to ensure key objectives are being met.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging social platforms to implement new strategies.
Run reports on ad performance, identifying the best-performing creatives and campaigns.

Required
Proven experience as a Media Buyer or in a similar role for a direct-to-consumer brand or agency.
Experience in creative strategy, collaborating with design and content teams to produce effective ads.
Strong understanding of paid social media advertising and analytics.
Familiarity with Meta (Facebook, Instagram) advertising platforms.
Strong organisational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work with data and analytics tools to optimise campaign performance.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
