Responsibilities
Proactively generate and qualify leads through outbound cold calls, emails, and social media outreach. Meet or exceed monthly lead generation and outreach targets.
Identify high-potential prospects and nurture relationships to create a strong pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team.
Consistently meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), including the number of qualified leads, booked meetings, and conversion rates.
Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in the CRM, ensuring data integrity and providing insights into lead activity.
Work closely with Account Executives (AEs) to schedule meetings or demos with qualified leads, providing clear handoff notes to ensure alignment.
Nurture prospects who are not immediately sales-ready by following up regularly and tracking progress in the sales funnel.
Gather insights from conversations with prospects to improve outreach strategies, messaging, and offerings.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, sales tools, and best practices to optimize outreach efforts and achieve higher success rates.

Required
Minimum 3+ years of experience in lead generation, outbound sales, or a related role.
Proven ability to meet or exceed lead generation targets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to engage and persuade potential customers.
Track record of achieving or exceeding lead generation quotas and key performance metrics.
Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft, LinkedIn).
Ability to build rapport, handle objections, and maintain a professional and positive demeanor in interactions.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage a high volume of daily activities effectively.
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
Generate 20 qualified leads per month.
Conduct a specified number of outbound calls, emails, or outreach activities daily.
Book a targeted number of sales meetings or demos per month for the Account Executive team.
