Responsibilities
Develop and implement robust analytics frameworks to monitor sales performance, identify trends, and assess market dynamics.
Create reporting systems that provide actionable insights for sales optimization, including tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), revenue growth, and competitive intelligence.
Design and build compelling data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to clearly communicate sales trends, forecasts, and performance metrics to cross-functional stakeholders, including executives and sales teams.
Lead the development of accurate sales forecasts and territory plans by analyzing historical data, business trends, and market intelligence.
Drive decision-making through predictive modeling and scenario planning to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the sales organization through process optimization, training initiatives, and performance management systems.
Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance sales productivity and operational efficiency.
Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to uncover market opportunities, risks, and emerging trends.
Provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to influence commercial strategies.
Continuously assess and refine sales and operational processes to ensure scalability, efficiency, and alignment with business objectives.
Identify and implement tools or systems to automate workflows and enhance data accuracy.
Partner closely with teams across marketing, finance, regulatory, and operations to align commercial operations with business objectives.
Ensure clear communication and seamless execution of sales strategies, while driving cross-departmental projects.

Required
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
Proven experience in commercial operations, analytics, or a similar role, with a strong track record of driving business impact through data-driven decision-making.
Expertise in sales analytics, data modeling, and forecasting techniques.
Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI preferred) and proficiency in creating dashboards and reports.
Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
Experience in Salesforce, with a strong understanding of sales process optimization.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver measurable outcomes.
Preferred
Experience in the healthcare or medical technology industry is a plus.
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations in commercial operations.
Leadership experience, with the ability to guide teams toward achieving business objectives.
