Responsibilities
Coordinate, prepare, and analyze financial and operational reports, financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
Analyze historical and projected financial data to provide insights for leadership decision-making
Prepare information to support developing trends for management
Identify and utilize technology and best practices for continuous process improvement
Ensure adherence to internal controls and reporting structure

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent in a related field
At least 2 years of relevant work experience
Working knowledge of financial statements, analytical techniques, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with individuals at all levels
Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
CPA and/or Master’s Degree in Business or a related field
Experience in Health Systems and Academic Medicine
