Responsibilities
Develop and implement processes for Day 2 operations, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, security, engineering) to ensure smooth site operations.
Provide technical leadership for capacity planning, performance monitoring, and optimization.
Maintain technical documentation, including operational runbooks and troubleshooting guides.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance site operations.
Manage UPS systems, backup power, PDUs, ATS, and power monitoring systems.
Ensure proper functioning of HVAC systems, cooling, humidity control, and air quality management.
Oversee fiber optic connectivity, Ethernet networks, wireless systems, and network routers/switches.
Manage access control systems, surveillance cameras, motion detection, and security monitoring.
Ensure secure access to sites, including gates, doors, mantraps, fencing, and vehicle control systems.

Required
8+ years of experience in ISP engineering, focusing on Day 2 operations and ILA sites.
Strong knowledge of optical networking, amplification, and transmission systems.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
Experience with IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex technical issues.
