Responsibilities
Managing financial statements for multiple clients
Performing bookkeeping tasks
Utilizing accounting software
Handling finance-related duties
Entering journal entries accurately
Recording daily financial transactions for multiple clients
Holding regular meetings with clients
Preparing financial statements for review
Addressing accounting-related questions from clients
Conducting research when faced with new scenarios
Collaborating closely with clients to understand their businesses

Required
At least 2 years of professional experience managing multiple bookkeeping projects for clients
Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong mathematical and analytical abilities
Responsible handling of clients’ sensitive information
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines
Adaptability to thrive in a remote work environment
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
Proactive and clear communication style
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks Online preferred)
Fluency in both English and Japanese
