Responsibilities
User Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute app growth strategies across paid media, organic marketing, and referral programs.
Campaign Management: Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and influencer partnerships, ensuring performance driven results.
Data Driven Optimisation: Track, analyse, and optimise campaign performance using marketing analytics and A/B testing.
Creative Growth Hacks: Identify and implement unique marketing tactics to attract and retain high value users.
Partnerships & PR: Build relationships with relevant wedding industry influencers, media outlets, and event platforms.

Required
Proven Track Record: Experience scaling apps through targeted user acquisition campaigns with demonstrated success.
Campaign Expertise: Deep knowledge of app marketing channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, influencer marketing, and referral programs.
Creative & Strategic: A creative thinker who can execute strategies with a focus on metrics driven growth.
Data Driven & Analytical: Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adjust, Appsflyer, or similar).
Entrepreneurial Spirit: Self motivated, adaptable, and excited about working in a fast paced, remote first startup environment.
Preferred
Experience in the wedding, events, or lifestyle industries.
Knowledge of lifecycle marketing tactics, including email, push notifications, and in app messaging.
