Responsibilities
Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies for Go-To-Market (GTM) roles
Manage the recruitment cycle from sourcing to facilitating offers, ensuring a positive candidate experience
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide market insights
Enhance the company's employer brand through strategic marketing initiatives
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates using various sourcing channels

Required
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment focusing on GTM positions
Experience in exempt-level recruitment for sales, marketing, product, solutions, account management, customer care, and procurement
Proven ability to work within a B2B organization focused on supply chain, ecommerce fulfillment, or logistics
Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and data analysis
Preferred
Experience in a high-volume recruitment environment
Familiarity with various sourcing channels, including social media and networking events
Previous success in enhancing an employer's brand in the supply chain sector
Ability to leverage data for optimizing recruitment processes
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with hiring managers
