Responsibilities

Monitor team performance, providing training and actionable feedback to achieve healthcare sales KPIs.
Engage healthcare providers to address challenges in practice management, billing efficiency, and interoperability.
Qualify leads by understanding their specialty needs and operational workflows, and route them to the sales team for closure.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, focusing on healthcare-specific pain points like compliance and patient data management.
Leverage CRM tools to track metrics and ensure accurate reporting specific to healthcare IT sales processes.
Present performance insights to senior management, with recommendations for improving outreach in the healthcare sector.
Stay informed about Healthcare IT trends, such as regulatory changes, value-based care, and digital health advancements, to align telesales efforts with market needs.
Encourage a culture of excellence and motivate the team to achieve their best in a mission-driven, healthcare-focused sales environment.

Required
Proven experience as a Telesales Manager in the US Healthcare IT industry, with expertise in selling Healthcare products and service.
Deep understanding of healthcare operations, billing workflows, and IT system integration.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, particularly with healthcare administrators and decision-makers.
Leadership abilities to guide a team in a high-pressure, results-oriented environment.
Familiarity with healthcare-specific CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
Analytical mindset to evaluate metrics and refine healthcare telesales strategies.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Healthcare Administration, Business
