Responsibilities
5+ years of Workday integrations consulting experience with deployment and post-production support experience. You should be able to talk about this expertise both within the company and with clients.
In-depth knowledge of Workday's integration capabilities and associated technologies is essential. This includes hands-on and technical experience with integration tools such as WD APIs, EIB, Core Connectors, Document Transformation, Workday Studio, and Workday Cloud Connect for Third-Party Payroll.
Developed or supported innovative solutions using Workday Extend or Orchestrate.
Persuasive communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively work across internal teams while managing client and stakeholder expectations.
Experience working with and leading offshore teams during projects and for ongoing support of the above-mentioned modules. This will require being able to take early morning and late evening calls to meet global stakeholders.
Self-starters with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset to work as a dynamic and fast-growing Workday partner.

Required
5+ years of Workday integrations consulting experience with deployment and post-production support experience.
Ideally advanced Workday Integrations certifications (e.g. Studio, CCTP, Extend) or have equivalent customer-side experience (pro certification required).
In-depth knowledge of Workday's integration capabilities and associated technologies is essential.
