Responsibilities
Take end-to-end responsibility for growing a portfolio of change management engagements in a manufacturing and engineering context
Lead the change elements of sales pursuits from beginning to end, from initial proposal through completion
Provide our clients with innovative high-quality solutions focused on their business needs
Drive transformation projects, from strategy definition to actual execution
Work with our clients on their Industry 4.0 / PLM / MES strategies
Lead Smart Manufacturing - i4.0 / PLM / MES - projects from beginning to end
Build and manage the project team
Schedule assignments
Monitor and review deliverables of project teams
Ensure successful delivery and implementation

Required
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 8 years of experience with Engineering & Manufacturing IT
Preferred
At least 8 years of experience in Engineering and / or Manufacturing transformations programs
At least 5 years of Experience in Industry 4.0, PLM or MES
At least 8 years of Experience in Project Management. Scrum and Agile expertise preferred
Experience in Aerospace & Defense, Automotive, discrete process industries
Experience in Dassault Systems and Siemens or other COTS MES and PLM products a plus
Experience with human centric design – practice of Design Thinking and rapid prototyping
Experience with Change Management to drive adoption of deployed solutions
Experience in successfully delivering projects in Client’s Matrix environments
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
