Responsibilities
Lead content workflows, including creating and renewing briefs, assigning projects to writers, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
Act as the final editor for all content to ensure clarity, precision, and alignment with client messaging.
Write original content as needed, including articles, reports, and thought leadership pieces tailored to the unique goals of our clients.
Partner with account teams to translate client objectives into clear, actionable content strategies and deliverables.
Develop and refine content management processes, implementing tools and strategies that improve efficiency and maintain quality.

Required
A minimum of 3 years in an agency environment is required.
Candidates must have managed content operations, edited, and written for multiple clients across diverse industries.
At least 5 years of writing experience within one or more of THINKINK’s target sectors: airlines, loyalty, payments, retail, travel sustainability, or travel technology.
Proven experience (minimum of 3 years) managing the operational side of content production, including briefing, scheduling, and overseeing delivery timelines.
Strong attention to detail, with an ability to review content for technical accuracy, readability, and alignment with brand guidelines.
Ability to create engaging, client-specific content that resonates with a B2B audience.
Strong interpersonal skills, capable of working with account teams, writers, and clients in a fast-paced, global environment.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects without compromising on quality or deadlines.
Preferred
Experience working with international teams and managing content across time zones.
Familiarity with content strategies that support measurable business outcomes in B2B contexts.
An eye for process improvement, bringing new ideas to streamline workflows while maintaining quality.
