Imaging Project Manager

Responsibilities
Oversee and execute project deliverables for imaging studies in clinical trials, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, and sponsor specifications.
Manage daily operational activities related to clinical imaging projects.
Support the preparation and compliance with critical trial documents, such as Image Review Charters, Imaging Manuals, and Data Transmittal Forms.
Ensure that all project documents are complete, up-to-date, and properly stored.
Administer key project documents/processes, including the Project Management Plan, Communication Plan, Escalation Plan, Risk Management Plan, and Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS).
Identify required resources and delegate responsibilities accordingly.
Address out-of-scope requests, collaborating with relevant teams to revise work orders as necessary.
Review and manage project deliverables to ensure quality and timely completion.
Prepare and deliver metrics reports for clients and senior management.
Provide financial forecasting and budget updates.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification in a health-related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Manager within a clinical trial environment, with a specific focus on oncology
Proven experience in oncology
Experience managing radiopharmaceutical imaging studies
Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical imaging within clinical trials
Familiarity with imaging core lab operations and experience within a CRO environment
Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Quality Assurance, and clinical trial compliance
Experience with various EDC systems
Proficiency in MS Office and other internet applications
Service-oriented, flexible, and proactive in meeting sponsor needs
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams
Excellent attention to detail, with superior verbal and written communication skills
Self-driven, with a positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to excel in a team environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Strong time management and organizational skills, able to adapt to shifting demands
Ability to work in strict compliance with all relevant regulations and procedures
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive data and project information
Quick to grasp new concepts, with a keen understanding of clinical research projects and the ability to lead within a clinical trial setting
Preferred
Experience managing global Phase III clinical trials, particularly those involving imaging components
PMP certification
