Responsibilities
Strategy and execution of SEO, inbound content, pay per click advertising, social media, and email automation campaigns for a select number of clients.
Development and execution of a comprehensive client success program designed to deepen relationships with all of our agency clients.

Required
Marketing agency account management experience.
Client management / client success experience.
Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager experience.
SEO, pay per click, and email automation experience.
Eagerness to learn continually is a must.
Passion for digital marketing.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and also within a team.
Strong proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Creative problem solver.
Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal.
Ability to hit deadlines.
Ability to type at least 50+ words per minute.
Ability to work remotely 40 hours per week.
Preferred
Banking industry experience strongly preferred.
Experience with ChatGPT and AI tools preferred
