Responsibilities
Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver actionable insights.
Translate technical concepts and analyses into clear, accessible language for non-technical business partners.
Develop creative solutions using LLMs, such as breaking down subjective prompts into objective steps to improve outputs and results.
Design and implement data science workflows, models, and analyses in Python.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of data-driven processes and strategies.
Identify opportunities for applying data science techniques to solve real-world problems, enhancing business outcomes.

Required
Proven experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role.
Strong fluency in Python, with the ability to build and optimize data science workflows and models.
Demonstrated ability to creatively solve problems using LLMs or other advanced machine learning techniques.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving.
Strong ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining clear communication with the team.
