Responsibilities
Execute an omni-channel organic and paid customer journey with a profitable path to purchase
Plan and create integrated marketing campaigns: paid ads, search engine marketing, search engine optimization, email and SMS marketing, blog writing and copy, landing pages, affiliate marketing - to strengthen brand awareness, revenue, and meet company goals
Oversee the editorial calendar and review process for social media content
Develop and execute monthly marketing calendars
Maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms
Allocate funds within marketing budget
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to track success towards company goals. Provide quarterly, monthly, weekly and daily reporting
Build and manage loyalty, referral, and affiliate programs
Manage social commerce programs including Facebook & Tiktok Shop catalogs
Identify industry shifts and trends to incorporate new ideas into marketing strategy
Perform A/B and multivariate testing to optimize performance across channels
Improve the design, UX, traffic, and content of the website (with developers)
Simultaneously manage multiple project schedules and deadlines
Exercise excellent copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills to ensure communications are creative, clear, and error-free
Make improvements to the customer journey to ensure a consistent and quality experience based on customer satisfaction, market trends, data, and insights

Required
Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Digital Media, Communications, Marketing, Project Management or related field preferred
2+ years of professional experience
Soft skills: adaptive, analytical, communicative, detail-oriented, multitasker, problem-solver, works well under pressure and with others
Hard skills: Paid advertising management (Google, Meta, Amazon), search engine optimization (Google), email marketing (Klaviyo or Mailchimp), copywriting, content writing, planning
Familiar with social media platforms (Youtube, Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok), ecommerce and marketplace platforms (Shopify & Amazon), and analytic tools (SEMRush/ Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console)
Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Google Workplace
Preferred
Knowledge of beauty or consumer packaging goods in DTC ecommerce online sale channels a plus
