Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of full stack developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation
Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and technical delivery across multiple client implementations
Drive technical strategy, including modernization initiatives such as the migration of business logic from stored procedures to Entity Framework
Collaborate with clients and product teams to understand requirements and guide technical implementation
Establish and enforce development standards, code quality, and best practices
Oversee DevOps practices and continuous improvement of development processes
Balance team bandwidth between new feature development and system maintenance
Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development planning for team members
Work with HR to recruit, interview, and hire engineering talent
Manage technical debt and guide architectural decisions

Required

7+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years in a technical leadership role
Track record of successful project delivery in a client-facing environment
Strong proficiency in C# and .NET ecosystem
Expert knowledge of SQL Server, including stored procedures, performance tuning, and optimization
Experience designing Data Warehouse architectures and ETL pipelines
Experience leading teams through technical modernization initiatives
Expertise in software development best practices, including code review, testing, and documentation
Demonstrated knowledge of Agile methodologies and team management
Excellence in communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Background in managing customizable software platforms
Proven track record of implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred

Experience with Entity Framework and ORM concepts
Knowledge of Flutter or other modern frontend frameworks
Background in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse management systems
Experience working with OEM clients in manufacturing industries
Track record of building and scaling engineering teams
History of implementing successful DevOps practices
Experience managing distributed/remote teams
Understanding of returnable container management or reverse logistics processes
