Responsibilities
Lead the development and market introduction of application-specific lithium-ion battery solutions for the RV and Marine industries.
Oversee product design, ensuring seamless integration with trolling motors, solar panels, and other RV/Marine applications.
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to develop highly innovative, application-driven solutions.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the RV/Marine and renewable energy sectors.
Define product roadmaps that align with company goals and target customer needs.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for B2C sales channels, leveraging tools like SEO, Amazon, and social media advertising.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, manufacturers, and partners.
Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer support to ensure an exceptional end-user experience.
Ensure products meet technical and regulatory requirements for integration with solar systems, inverters, and other related technologies.
Partner with software and engineering teams to develop and refine battery management systems and application-specific software solutions.

Required
Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in the battery industry, with demonstrated success bringing products to market in one or more applications (solar, automotive, marine, or RV).
Strong technical understanding of lithium-ion batteries, including integration with solar panels, inverters, and other energy systems.
Preferred
Experience with B2C marketing, including Amazon optimization, SEO, and social media advertising, is a strong plus.
Software development knowledge or experience working with application-specific software integration is preferred.
