Responsibilities

Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand the company’s presence and drive revenue growth in the US market.

Develop and implement go-to-market strategies tailored to client needs and market dynamics, highlighting the competitive advantage of the company’s AI offerings.

Build and lead high-performing sales teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.

Engage with US-based clients to understand their business challenges and design bespoke AI solutions leveraging technologies such as Gen AI, AI Agents, Machine Learning, NLP, and Chatbots.

Manage end-to-end implementation of Proof of Concept (POC) projects and AI initiatives, ensuring they deliver quantifiable improvements in efficiency, productivity, and ROI.

Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, offering strategic guidance on emerging AI trends and best practices.

Prepare persuasive proposals to drive client acquisition and build long-term partnerships.

Cultivate strong client relationships, delivering exceptional experiences to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction levels.

Required

A minimum of 10 years of experience in AI strategy, consulting, and solution delivery, combined with a successful track record in US sales.

Proven expertise in closing complex, high-value deals and achieving consistent revenue growth in competitive markets.

A strong technical foundation in AI and machine learning technologies.

Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively engage C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
