Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Manage month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.

Collaborate with the fractional CFO to develop financial strategies and provide insights to support client decision-making.

Ensure compliance with GAAP and other relevant accounting principles and standards.

Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.

Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial models for clients.

Support audits and coordinate with external auditors as needed.

Implement and maintain efficient accounting systems, policies, and procedures.

Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
