Responsibilities
Provide first-line technical support to users via phone, email, and ticketing system
Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software issues related to desktops, laptops, and peripherals
Resolve technical problems efficiently and provide clear explanations and solutions to users
Install, configure, and maintain desktop software and operating systems
Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference
Stay up-to-date on the latest desktop technologies and industry best practices
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with users

Required
Minimum of 10 years of experience in desktop support or a related field
Proven experience troubleshooting and resolving a wide range of hardware and software issues
Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and a working knowledge of macOS
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to users of all levels
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service
