Responsibilities
Input and create invoices
Manage deposits and record payments
Prepare payments and assist with special projects as needed
Communicate with vendors and customers about invoices, payments, and queries
Provide internal support for commission-related communications and analysis
Work with tools like WorkSmart, Outlook, and Excel
Research, gather, and organize online information as needed

Required
Proficiency in QuickBooks
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and data systems
Experience with invoicing, payment preparation, and transactional accounting
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently
Process-oriented mindset with a focus on identifying efficiencies and automation
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to established workflows
5+ years of relevant bookkeeping or accounting experience
A demonstrated ability to improve processes and maintain organized financial records
Preferred
Remote (CT or ET Preferred)
Flexible schedule, Monday-Friday (20-30 hours/week)
