Responsibilities
Lead the design and architecture of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software systems.
Make key technical decisions to ensure system performance, security, and efficiency.
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Mentor and guide a team of software engineers, fostering skill development and collaboration.
Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Act as a liaison between development teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Develop, test, deploy, and maintain software solutions using [Insert Technology Stack].
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bottlenecks.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, QA, and UX/UI, to ensure alignment with business goals.

Required
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
6+ years of software development experience with a proven track record in leading engineering teams.
Strong expertise in [Insert Languages/Technologies, e.g., Java, Python, .NET, JavaScript, etc.].
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Proficiency in software architecture, design patterns, and microservices.
Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Preferred
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience in leading Agile teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
