Responsibilities

Required

Proven experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Lead.
Demonstrated expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR functionalities.
Hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, especially in acquisition scenarios.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred

Prior exposure to hospital or healthcare environments is preferred.
