Siemens Team Center experience is mandatory
Expertise in creating test strategies not just creating test plans and test cases i.e. Come with Strategy mindset
Build high level meta plan and strategy to align with project goals
Very good in communication both written and presentation
Should have experience with transformation programs
Need not be hands-on.
