Responsibilities
Digital Marketing: Plan, create, and manage social media content, email campaigns, and paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to drive traffic and conversions.
Content Creation: Write and edit blog posts, newsletters, press releases, and marketing copy for various platforms.
Social Media Management: Manage and grow Threadable Books’ presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok by creating engaging posts, interacting with followers, and analyzing performance metrics.
Partnerships & Collaborations: Identify and build relationships with influencers, media outlets, and partner organizations to enhance brand visibility.
Analytics & Reporting: Track and report key performance metrics, adjusting strategies based on data insights to optimize future marketing efforts.

Required
Proven experience managing social media platforms and digital advertising campaigns
Strong copywriting and content creation skills
Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.)
Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM systems)
Excellent project management and multitasking skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Preferred
Passion for books and the publishing industry is a plus
