Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of custom applications and automations in ServiceNOW.
Oversee the implementation and ongoing support of the DIT CMDB and Asset Database .
Coordinate and implement integrations between systems such as CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, billing systems, and ordering systems .
Create data dashboards and visualizations to support internal and external customer needs.
Define the vision and roadmap for custom workflow automations and data integrations.

Required

7+ years of design and development experience in ITSM, ITOM, or Event Management.
7+ years of experience with shell, Perl, Python, or Java scripting.
Expertise in optimizing ServiceNOW data models and enforcing coding standards.
Experience translating complex customer requirements into actionable solutions using existing tools and integrations.
Proven experience in defining product visions and detailed roadmaps.

Preferred

Strong troubleshooting and multitasking abilities.
Ability to collaborate across technical teams and understand IT infrastructure operations.
