Responsibilities
Collaborate with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to ensure customers have a smooth technical implementation experience.
Act as the technical escalation point for customer issues, delivering quick and effective solutions while coordinating with engineering and broader support teams.
Oversee planning, execution, and management of technical projects for customers, ensuring timelines and expectations are met.
Work closely with the product team to influence the roadmap based on customer needs, while offering support to the customer success team for technical escalations and guiding the implementation team on best practices and solution designs for seamless delivery.

Required
3+ years in a Solutions Architect role or a customer-facing technical position, such as Customer Success Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Support Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
A strong passion for helping customers accomplish their goals.
Familiarity with cloud-based platforms, APIs, scripting languages like JavaScript and Python, databases, and a general understanding of modern internet functionality.
Capability to troubleshoot and resolve intricate technical issues.
Proven ability in architecting and delivering innovative client solutions that prioritize scalability, efficiency, and user experience.
Skill in translating complex business needs into technical specifications to achieve organizational alignment.
Demonstrated experience in managing technical projects, setting expectations, and meeting deadlines.
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities with the skill to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Proven track record in building rapport and trust with clients to ensure effective collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Preferred
Experience in the healthcare or senior care industry.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar).
