Responsibilities

Travel yearly, and must have a mode of transportation that can carry extension ladder to and from market (truck)
Represent Stellar Commercial Roofing professionally by increasing brand awareness and becoming an expert on our industry
Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
Strong planning, problem solving and negotiation abilities
Meet or exceed individual sales goals
Participate in continuous training to hone your craft while building leadership and sales skills
All sales positions' daily responsibilities differ based on the nature of the role from qualifying customers to closing contracts

Working in a fast-paced environment
Excellent ability to communicate with customers, management, and office staff

Understanding product knowledge
Skilled to utilize different computer applications
Being a quick learner and utilizing the knowledge gained during on the job training
Eager to learn and grow in their career

Preferred

1-3 years preferred sales experience
Proficiency in MS Teams a plus
Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) a plus
