Responsibilities
Lead Partnership Strategy: Create and execute a partnership program focusing on increasing revenue through strategic marketing with BPOs, agencies, and technology partners.
Build and Nurture Relationships: Develop strong, long-term partnerships by managing the entire process from lead generation to closing deals, always aiming for the best return on investment.
Drive Business Growth Through Partnerships: Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to integrate partner products and create joint marketing efforts.
Educate on AI in Customer Experience: Create engaging content such as case studies, presentations, and webinars to demonstrate how the AI improves customer experience.
Represent the Company at Events: Serve as a representative at industry events, both in-person and online, to increase brand awareness and reputation.
Refine Strategies with Data: Utilize metrics and reports to make informed decisions and continuously refine the partnership approach.
Expand into New Markets: Identify opportunities to grow the business in new industries and regions through strategic partnerships.

Required
5+ years of experience working with strategic tech/ecommerce partners and building GTM relationships with revenue accountability.
Proven track record of exceeding partner/channel and alliance revenue targets.
Deep knowledge of the martech landscape, including current innovations and industry-leading strategies.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a talent for clear communication, persuasive negotiation, and fostering strong professional connections.
Analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret market insights and make strategic choices based on data.
Proven experience in management roles, showcasing the ability to cultivate talent and create a positive, high-achieving team environment.
Comfortable with frequent travel (up to 30% of work time) to attend industry events, conferences, and in-person partner meetings.
Strong immersion in the CX space.
