Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Serve as a senior strategic leader for client accounts, ensuring regular communication and excellent service delivery.
Creative Vision: Generate big-picture perspectives and creative ideas to enhance and differentiate client campaigns.
Client Management: Oversee media, communications strategy, and account development to drive client success and agency performance.
PR Strategy: Develop and implement PR strategies from creative brief to delivery. Analyze PR outcomes, interpret data, and deliver actionable insights to achieve client objectives.
Industry Insight: Maintain a deep understanding of client industries, proactively monitor key issues to inform strategies and mentor team members.
Team Leadership: Manage, delegate, and mentor teams to exceed client expectations, ensuring seamless execution of all activities. Lead sensitive and confidential communications with professionalism.
Business Development: Co-develop strategic new business proposals, effectively present to prospects, and identify upsell opportunities with existing clients.
Crisis Management: Demonstrate emerging crisis communications capabilities with sound judgment and discretion.

Required
5-8 years of PR agency or in-house experience (Account Supervisor level and above).
Proven leadership and team management expertise across multiple accounts or teams.
Success in client retention, growth, and expanding long-term partnerships.
Superior storytelling abilities with a track record of pitching, presenting, and executing media relations campaigns.
Strong analytical skills to measure and report PR outcomes effectively.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
Exceptional project management abilities with organizational, negotiation, and planning expertise.
Proactive self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
Ability to mentor, lead, and teach team members, leveraging knowledge across a wide range of industries.
Demonstrates sound judgment, discretion, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
