Responsibilities

Create and maintain a roadmap for assigned products within the Telecom Platform Delivery team.

Lead all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to a consumable functionality.

Develop or enhance products to meet specific customer needs and success outcomes.

Monitor efficacy of products and use business partner feedback to ensure products are meeting customer needs.

Adjust products over time to continue to achieve the desired outcomes.

Make decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components.

Perform work without direction and exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Support Avaya, Oracle SBC, load testing and e911.

Required

Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent experience in lieu of degree

5 or more years of telecommunications technical experience

Broad IT experience, preferably in a large corporate environment

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Demonstrated acumen to build/maintain relationships

Strong collaboration skills

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
