Responsibilities
Serves as client relationship lead, continually working to build relationships and be a valuable resource and strategist.
Understands key business drivers, audience dynamics and competitive landscape impacting clients in their key G&S market segments.
Is able to anticipate and troubleshoot clients' problems/issues; seeks input from executive team members when appropriate.
Uses strong communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate ideas and concepts to clients, colleagues and others.
Effectively manages account financials including budget allocation and oversight, and team staffing/productivity.
Actively cultivates employee development and growth; offers candid, direct feedback and coaching; actively seeks opportunities for individuals to take ownership and apply their own ideas and expertise.
Helps foster a culture firmly rooted in the principles and mission of diversity, equity and inclusion.
Builds bonds between team members, maintains a positive culture that aligns with G&S Core Values and supports retention efforts.
Advances Win Together mindset/approach and promotes effective collaboration across agency disciplines.
Proactively participates in initiatives that advance agency culture, performance and growth.
Understands and provides leadership to ensure team alignment with/support for agency policies and business decision.
Win Together: Leads in strong collaboration with cross-discipline strategy team to develop integrated programs that generate engagement from client audiences.
Actively participates in agency life/activities and serves as a positive role model for others.
Ensures team effectively and efficiently completes agency management activities including time entry, client invoicing and training.
Networks within personal connections and community to attract top talent to the agency.
Generates organic growth via client networking, showcasing of team results and delivering new ideas that align to clients’ business goals/opportunities/challenges.
Drives new client growth via active prospecting, networking and participation in new business proposals/presentations.
Actively engages professional network; actively shares perspectives and industry/ agency content via relevant channels/platforms.

Required
8-12 years relevant experience.
Demonstrated experience driving business communications strategies and execution that generates engagement and action from target audiences.
Confident, effective speaker and presenter, as well as active listener who is open to feedback.
Sophisticated writing skills with experience developing high-level strategic messaging and content.
Proven ability to retain and build client relationships, including managing through challenges.
High level of accountability relative to financial stewardship of client accounts and agency as a whole.
Proven ability to manage teams that generate results through effective collaboration and stellar execution.
Preferred
Background or experience with cattle is a plus.
