Responsibilities
Assist in the development and maintenance of IT contracts, ensuring consistency and compliance.
Monitor and track contractual actions and deadlines effectively.
Support negotiations by analyzing strategies for IT contract discussions.
Collaborate with various departments and IT leaders throughout the contract development process.
Help establish standards for IT contracts, including Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements.
Ensure the accuracy and appropriateness of contract text and related documents.
Maintain communication with business partners and internal stakeholders regarding contractual issues.
Prepare and provide regular activity reports and metrics related to IT contracts.
Advise IT leaders on contract requirements, obligations, and risk exposure.
Review, analyze, and negotiate contracts to ensure compliance with corporate policies.
Negotiate with suppliers as the primary contact during contract preparation and execution.
Participate in audits of IT contracts to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
Collaborate with legal counsel to identify the most appropriate contract types to minimize risk.
Identify and recommend improvements to the IT contracting process.
Build and maintain effective relationships with peers, stakeholders, and suppliers.
